Setup: Blue Tape takes the home “as is”, set up tables with tablecloths, and beautifully arrange the home’s contents for the sale. All items are priced with special attention paid to items needing research – from jewelry to artwork!
Advertising: Your sale is advertised through our email list of over 5,500 people, Estatesales.net, our website bluetapesales.com, and several Facebook pages. We provide professional street directional sale signage and contact the city for permits, if necessary.
Sale Day and Beyond: Blue Tape Estate Sales provides ample A Team members in the sale home on Sale Days to ensure the guests are well taken care of. If you choose, we will arrange for post-sale clean out of remaining items and leave the home “Realtor Ready” and your proceeds check is provided within 48 hours of the sale’s completion.
ONLINE ESTATE SALE:
Oftentimes a family has a quick close or unable to move out before we can set up – or they are redecorating their home and starting fresh so need to liquidate before the transformation. These are great examples of situations where an ONLINE SALE works! An ONLINE SALE is best suited for someone who needs to liquidate mostly furniture and other large items with the bonus of home décor, nice kitchen items etc. Blue Tape Estate Sales organizes lots, photographs, catalogues, prices, market/advertises the sale, coordinates all online purchases then coordinates all aspects of pick up days.
CLEAR OUTS:
This is where the “& Service” begins with Blue Tape Estate Sales & Service. Sometimes the home content value doesn’t warrant a sale and the focus needs to be on the sale of the home which is clearly the bigger ticket item. Blue Tape Estate Sales & Service will coordinate liquidating a property (most often in one day!) with the contents either going to charity (receipt provided), being disposed of or, with some items, can be consigned with us in another Estate Sale or sent to Auction. Efficient!
ORGANIZING:
Just another “& Service” we love to do, with our Organizing Favorites being garages and basements! We can work together with you or independently, but suffice it to say, we so enjoy taking spaces of “chaos” back to creativity, “OMG” to organized, and “freak out” to functioning. (*Sidebar, my personal favorite is working with someone on their closet – oh the joy of organized daily wear!)
