- Online sale runs Wed, July 20 & 21st (this is the ad for that one)
- In-Home sale runs Sunday-Monday, July 24 & 25 (129th St, btw Quivira & Pflumm)

THIS is such a beautiful home with terrific e-very-thing as you’ll see in the pictures. PLEEEEASE text me at 913.709.9016 if you have ANY QUESTIONS about the items OR the buying process.
• Sale home is located in Lenexa in the Falcon Ridge Subdivision, basically K-10 and Woodland Road.
ONLINE SALE ENDS – Thursday, JULY 21, noon
HOW TO BUY THIS COOL STUFF:
1) Look through the photos and WRITE DOWN THE ITEM NUMBER(s) (top right corner of the yellow ticket) of the items YOU WANT TO BUY.
2) On WEDNESDAY at 8:00am (no sooner), send an email to [email protected] with ONLINE SALE as the subject and include:
• Name and cell phone number – very important!
• Include ITEM # and ITEM DESCRIPTION of any/all items you want to buy (also very important!)
• In case of several guests wanting the same item, our email timestamp will determine who gets to purchase that item.
•You will be notified only if you are the ‘winner’ of item(s) – pick up and payment will be discussed at that time
• You will find measurements either on a white card underneath the yellow ticket or may gauge the size of items by the yardstick in one of the photos.
• PICKUP time slot and PAYMENT WILL BE ARRANGED via phone after purchase, and calls will begin at 8:15 AM. Cash and credit cards only.
••• PICK UP – Thursday, July 21st between 9am – 1pm and Friday morning 8am – 11am. Home is located in Lenexa in the Falcon Ridge subdivision, close to K-10 and Woodland Road. Please make sure these times fit in your schedule, thanks!
••• We have done our Blue Tape Best to give you the most accurate descriptions and point out any flaws we see. Let’s all remember that e-ver-y-thing in this home/sale is pre-owned, used, pre-sat on, eaten on, and loved by their owners so let’s keep it real. NEW FEATURE!
There is no set discount for this online sale. Feel free to SEND AN EMAIL WITH A BID OFFER to [email protected] on any of the items listed but please remember, please, much like an open house estate sale, there’s a big big chance there are several people who are willing to pay the original yellow ticket price. Bids accepted Wednesday 8am – Thursday at noon.
* We are NOT ABLE TO MOVE furniture/large items, please bring the necessary help. Like, really. Remember that the BUNGII app is a good moving resource if you can help load it in the truck!
