These homeowners built this excellent home in 1964 and have loved it, the family they raised and the memories made.  During the sales call, their son recognized the name Sinovic and told me that his Dad played golf with my Dad for many years.  These happenstances are fewer and farther between for the past 15 years so I melted like Olaf in the Kansas summer sun as he spoke specifically of my Dad. We shared stories, we shed a few tears – as both our fathers have passed – and the sales call lasted for much longer than normal … I loved every minute. Thanks for indulging me … onward …

This home.  This darling, well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed home has been a true joy to set up, and now present to all of you.  Know that the home is pack-packed and full-full.  We encourage you to bring laundry baskets or boxes to gather your items cuz we’re a bit limited in the hold/sold area and those will help keep your smalls corralled.

FINAL-FINAL note, we are 93.67% certain that this will be the last sale of the year (probz) so want to take the opportunity to say

“YA’LL ARE AWESOME”!

It’s been a whacky-funky 2 years and it’s because YOU stayed on the Blue Tape Bus of thinking-outside-the-bun with our Estate Sales, Online Sales and online Auctions with our buddies at Mockingbird that we get to do what we love and what, apparently, we do so well!  Yep, I am the luckiest of bugs to work/play with THE Besssst in all the land: Barb, Paula, Sue and Renee … unmatched integrity, work ethic and humor.  And to all the tireless rockstar realtors out there who work their fannies off to take care of homeowners, in part by referring us, we are grateful and honored that we are your go-to for service.  To all our homeowners, Trust Departments and Estates for trusting the Blue Tape Team to “make the impossible possible” as a recent homeowner said, thank you.  AND for certain, our fellow Estate Sale Liquidators in KC – I frequently say “We don’t have competition, we want everyone to succeed” and that is the common thread with the exceptional companies we are blessed to call colleagues and a good many ‘friends’.  Kansas City, you’re in good hands.

Love you all with the intensity of a thousand suns,

Nancy
