** For pick up purposes, the Sale Home Is located on 123rd Street in Leawood between Mission Road and Roe Ave, zip code 66209. Plan on picking up your items either Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. Please plan on bringing the necessary help for moving your purchased items as we are not able to assist, says my chiropractor. Thanks!
ONLINE SALE OPENS – Wednesday, February 17th, 8:00am
ONLINE SALE ENDS – Thursday, February 18th, at noon
– Emails with purchase requests sent before 8 AM Wednesday WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED as we want to make sure everyone has the same chance to get an item(s).
– Bids on items are welcomed but offer ONLY if you are offering to pay less than the yellow ticket price – though know that there may be several someones who will buy at asking price.
HOW TO BUY THIS COOL STUFF:
- Look through pictures and choose items you’d like to purchase.
- STARTING at 8am on Wednesday, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your name and cell phone number
- ITEM # (top right corner of yellow ticket) and item description of any/all items you want to buy.
- Please make yourself available to answer your phone after you send your email. I will start making phone calls after 8:30 and usually runs through early afternoon. If I don’t reach you by phone, I will send you a text and give 2 hours for you to respond, after that I will call the second person requesting that item. Thanks for your patience and understanding this process!
** You will be contacted ONLY if you are the ‘winner’ of item(s) – pick up and payment will be discussed during that contact phone call.
** Payment will be made at pickup – cash and credit card only
** Pickups will take place Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning/early afternoon. All items need to be out of the home by late Thursday afternoon.
** Face masks (covering nose and mouth) are required to enter the sale home
