** For pick up purposes, the Sale Home Is located in Fairway on Norwood Street, just south of Shawnee Mission Parkway
ONLINE SALE OPENS – Wednesday, September 9, 8:00am
ONLINE SALE ENDS – Thursday, September 10, at noon
– Emails with purchase requests sent before 8 AM Wednesday WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED as we want to make sure everyone has the same chance to get an item(s).
– Send a bid offer ONLY if you are offering to pay less than the yellow ticket price but again, know that there’s probably somebody who will.
** You will be contacted ONLY if you are the ‘winner’ of item(s) – pick up and payment will be discussed during that contact phone call.
** In an ideal world, all pick ups will take place by Friday at noon. Saturday morning pickup is possible, but home MUST be cleared by 10:30am.
** Face masks (covering nose and mouth) are required to enter the sale home
