Sale home is in South KC (area code 64145) in between State Line and Wornall at 123rd and Summit Street. Address will be posted Wednesday morning on estatesales.net as the Sale home will open Wednesday and Thursday.
The sale is both online and in home. We are offering some items online Tuesday-Wednesday and will be designated by Yellow Tickets/orange banners (you’ll see in the pics). ON www.estatesales.net These items will ALSO be available for sale during the “In-Home” Sale through Thursday unless someone purchases them online prior.

ONLINE SALE – Starts promptly at 8am Tuesday, May 9th
1) ONLY yellow ticket items with orange banners are available to purchase through [email protected] (other items pictured are available at the In-Home Sale)
2) Starting at 8am on Tuesday, May 9, simply send us an email with your NAME, PHONE #, and ITEM #/description (timestamp on email will determine the buyer)
3) We’ll contact you ONLY if you’re the buyer of the item(s)

IN-HOME SALE HOURS:
Wednesday, June 10th ……………… 8am to 4pm
Thursday, June 11th …………………. 8am to 1pm @ 50% OFF!
~ Face masks/nose-mouth coverings are mandatory inside the sale home and garage. 10 feet outside the home is up to your discretion.
Our homeowner loved to shop! And even though this is a very large home, we just don’t have room to put it all out at once so this is the second of 3 total sales in the same home. PLEASE NOTE that the space was cleared and this sale holds merchandise not available at the first sale – for the most part. There was not much left from last week’s sale so we donated a few boxes of smalls and we have 5 large items we’re giving a second chance to from the last sale that we’ve marked down. Also important to point out that she had duplicates and triplicates – and quads – of SO many items so I promise that 99.5% of the stuff is new to the sale.
• Sale #2 includes ALL of the first floor, garage and driveway of this large home and it is FULLLL!
• Nice furniture
• Excellent kitchen e-ver-thing: All-Clad and other nice pots/pans, small appliances, cooking, baking, service, dishes, 13+ flatware sets, utensils – MANY new items
• Home decor, lamps, linens
• Nice clothing (LOTS of Chico’s) sizes S-XL) and shoes sizes 7-8, lots of handbags etc
• FOUR more (at least, we think they’re multiplying!) commercial clothing racks

• Front door entry for the sale and face coverings (nose and mouth) are required inside the home and garage. Much like when you are in a store parking lot or out for a walk, when you are outside (10 ft from the house) it is up to your discretion whether you wear a mask.
• Check out and hold area will be on the driveway (weather dependent), though if we get rain in the morning, we’ll have garage checkout and hold.
• If you get to the sale home before it opens, please leave a line marker by the sign at half-driveway and please pay attention to the No Parking areas, THANK YOU.
• All items must be picked up before sale closes on Thursday at 1pm.
• We accept cash and credit cards (must have driver’s license picture for CC purchase).
