** Future Blue Tape Sales are in the works and will happen when they happen so basically we’ll tell you about them once the BIG HAPPY HEALTHY SUN comes out and sings it’s safety song as we navigate our new normal. Whate’er that may be.
HIIIII EVERYONNNNE, we miss you-ou-ouuu!
I am SO itching to write ads for the fabulous sales we have set up and that are (almost!) ready to roll, but alas, we have a bee in our collective bonnets. Yes, it’s bigger than a bee, or swarm of or the biblical plague of locusts. Unprecedented times for certain. I hope this email finds every one of you safe, healthy, patient and peaceful knowing that “this too shall pass”. Paula and Barb have been helping me with my patience, for sure. Lucy as well
And speaking of those 2 Wonders of Fabulousness and Creativity, we have been having frequent chats over current topics such as:
1) “What the hellsbells just happened?”
2) “What will Estate Sales be like when the dust settles?”
3) “Does the Aldi by your house have eggs in stock?”
4) “Nancy, did you ever find a bicycle basket for Lucy to ride in?”
5) “How can we best adapt our business model to take good care of our
homeowners?”
#1 & 2: only time will tell, #3 varies, #4 yes
#5: Times have changed, so will Blue Tape Sales. Until it is time, and safe, to make our reentry into hosting open sales, we will, for the time being, be offering our homeowner’s home contents in an Online Sale format. I think the term is “buy it now” – no bidding.
We’ll market the sale with pictures and pricing, hold a several day online sale with individual pick up times. That’s the nuts of it, bolts to be added soon.
So while we would MUCH rather see your smiling faces in our sale homes, the Blue Tape Sales A-Team will always err on the side of caution, and in this case, Online Sales. We have Zoomed, Facetimed, 3-way called, idea-ed, and spread-sheeted our way into a whirlwind of possibilities, wanting to keep the Blue Tape Happy that y’all have enjoyed for so many years.
That said, we believe what the Blue Tape Sales Executive Git-It-Done Committee has developed for this new online sales model rocks. Then again, I also thought that eating a medium pizza last night was a good idea so there’s that.
Time will tell. And so will you, please!
Our first (small sale with mostly seasonal items) Online Blue Tape Sales Sale will go live Saturday. You will receive a Sale Notice email before it does – and our Facebook page, Blue Tape Sales & Service, will have teasers and posts as well so “like” us there!
