First of all, here’s a fun ditty: This homeowner’s grandparent’s purchased a home in Springfield, MO in 1945. The home was built in 1889 by Azariah William Lincoln, 4thcousin to Abraham Lincoln, and raised 3 children there. Azariah passed in 1928 at age 76 and his wife, Jennie Adams-Lincoln passed in 1944 at age 77 – the home was then sold to her grandparents. Many of the items in this sale are from that Springfield home and were gifted to the homeowner from her grandparents.
