** Sidebar:  after being in this wonderful and sometimes wacky world of the resale business for over 10 years I have found that, whether we are sellers or buyers – or both! – we have become a family of sorts.  We share stories, babies births, life’s events and loved one’s passings.  Recently our ‘family’ lost a good friend in Ozelle.  He was unique, bigger than life, funny and always – and in all ways – kept us on our toes.  Rest in peace, Ozelle, you are missed.
