We have 2 bird head stones that were part of the architectural detail on the original Kansas City Zoo building, built in 1909. “How cool is that?!”, you just exclained … we concur.  The homeowner picked them up during the demo/remodel and now you can own a piece of Kansas City history:

• Wisdom of the week: the absolute only benefit of mistaking and using your daughter’s cream hair remover that is shaped like a deodorant as a deodorant is that your underarm hairs apparently are afraid to grow back.  Please note that this benefit does not trump the fiery flames of defcon level painful hell one feels after the chemical burns reach the subcutaneous layer and the crying is only interrupted by the time needed to wipe the drool from one’s mouth.  You’re welcome.
