Front door entry. Please be mindful of the parking availability … translation: PLEAZZZZZ do not park in front of neighbor’s driveways, nor on their lawns. There’s a book on common courtesy and I swear that’s in the first chapter. Nothing for sale in the backyard, fyi. No previews and no pre-sales and remember that if you get there before the sale opens, you may put out your “line marker”, but if you leave the area you will lose your place in line. Bummersville, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles in the Land O’ Estate Sales.
** We do not allow guests to place their own “sold” signs/stickers on items. You must ask for a blue Blue Tape “sold” ticket OR place your desired items on the “Sold” table. Thank you for your attention to this important detail.
