And 200 or so 1970’s-ish baseball cards. Ahh, the days of going to the “new” Royals Stadium. Not to see the game, of course, but to hang over the wall and chat it up with The George ~ we were so ‘crushed’ on him we pooled our money and give him a box of Dubble Bubble gum. Uber geeks. So while BB cards aren’t necessarily ‘valuable’, they trigger the little slots in our brains that hold some of those cherished memories that are as sweet and soft as a summer breeze, and that is definitely more precious than profit 🙂
And raise your hand if you had a pair of Cookie Rojas blue Keds tennis shoes 🙂
Have a happy week and we’ll see your happy selves on Monday!
Nancy ~
